NETGE-PLUS tutorials
The following tutorials introduces the different features and result types for an analysis with NETGE-PLUS.
Three case studies are provided:
ORA analysis: Ichthyosis, cyclic, with epidermolytic hyperkeratosis (CIEHK). The disease, as reported in OMIM #607602,
involves cornification caused by mutations in the keratin 1 gene (KRT1; HGNC:6412; ENSG00000167768) and keratin 10 (KRT10; HGNC:6413, ENSG00000186395) gene. Click here to follow this tutorial.
GSEA analysis: Effect of the Pseudorabies Virus Infection on the swine Transcriptome. A ranked gene set of 113 ENSEMBL protein identifiers (ENSEMBL_PROTEIN_IDs) is used. Click here to follow this tutorial.
ORA analysis - KEGG-NET: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
This case study uses the KEGG-NET resource to dissect the biological complexity at the basis of NAFLD, a pathology characterized by an excessive accumulation of fat in the liver due to causes other than alcohol consumption.
The gene set is composed by 28 genes NAFLD-related. Click here to follow this tutorial.
